LA SNEGA (AP) The Las Vegas Aces evened the WNBA playoff series with a 78-73 victory against the Seattle Storm in Game 2 of the semifinals on Wednesday, thanks to A'ja Wilson's 33 points and 12 rebounds.

Chelsea Gray finished with 19 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists for the Aces. Kelsey Plum chipped in with 18 points.

    Sunday is Seattle's Game 3

Wilson took control in the second half of Game 2 to bounce back from a poor Game 1 loss in which she failed to score in double figures. She scored 13 points in the third quarter to help the Aces gain a 60-52 advantage after the game was deadlocked going into it.

Breanna Stewart, who led the Storm with 32 points and seven rebounds, helped Seattle fight back. With 19.9 seconds left, Sue Bird's runner in the lane that she banked in brought the Storm to within 75-73.

Wilson made two free throws two seconds later, ending Seattle's danger

    Chicago coach James Wade

After a disappointing 35.3% shooting percentage in Game 1, Chicago coach James Wade stated that Chicago was "going to make shots" on Wednesday. The Sky retaliated by making six out of ten shots to start the game and made 32 of 63 (50.8%) for the night. For Chicago, all five of the starters scored in double figures.

Sunday's third game is in Connecticut

On 10 of 17 shots, Jonquel Jones led the Sun with a game-high 23 points. He also added seven rebounds and two blocks.

The Sun never led after Jones' 3-pointer on the game's opening possession.
