Terrell Edmunds gave Cooper too much room and Jacoby Brissett slanted the ball in Cooper's direction. The Browns are in the lead after the first quarter after scoring a touchdown from 11 yards out.
After the Browns successfully converted a fourth-and-one from the Cleveland 49, it was three plays later. Brissett gained 3 yards on a quarterback sneak.
While Cooper has two receptions for 11 yards and Brissett is 4-of-7 for 20 yards and the touchdown, respectively.
Miles Killebrew's deflection of Corey Bojorquez's punt gave the Steelers their first chance to score. The Cleveland 48 was reached by a 25-yard punt.
When Pittsburgh reached the Cleveland 32, it was in a fourth-and-four situation. Mike Tomlin chose to attempt a 49-yard field goal in the windy conditions, but Chris Boswell's kick was wide right.
