The French striker injured one of his fingers during a Betis-Madrid match in January 2019. Karim Benzema has been wearing a cumbersome bandage on his right hand for almost four years, protection for one of his fingers that, coincidentally or not, has brought him fortune individually.
Since he has been wearing it, the Frenchman is showing the best version of himself, although he arrives at this Bernabeu Clasico with doubts and a small scoring block.
It started on January 13, 2019, at the Benito Villamarín in Seville, during a Betis-Real Madrid match.
In a tragic play, Benzema broke the little finger on his right hand after a challenge by Bartra and tried to avoid falling squarely against the grass.
