    Tom Aspinall

UFC Fight Night 18681 Main Event against Curtis Blaydes injury to Tom Aspinall derailed.

The fight was extremely brief, lasting only 12 seconds. Blaydes (12-3, 1 NC) opened the battle well, landing several shots. After Aspinall (-3) responded with a kick to the leg, then dropped back to the ground. On the step bn injury to Tomack, the British fighter appeared to have hurt his right knee, grabbing it, and the fight was over. Medics treated Aspinall, who could get up and be assisted on his back after several minutes on the ground.

    Swedish fighter

"The Joker" controlled the fight from the start by landing kicks from a distance and some solid right hands. Curtis (19-9) couldn't adjust between rounds, allowing Hermansson (27-7) to amp up his offense and land slashing standing elbows. Even though he needed a finish, "The Action Man" didn't live up to his nickname in the third round and was never willing to take the risks necessary to win the fight. The Swedish fighter took a wide decision with scores of 29-19, 27-28, and 30-28.

    Pimblett earned his third victory.

Pimblett (15-3) would scare off "The Monkey King" with a tight guillotine choke attempt early and showed off his superior punch late in the first round. Leavitt (-2) would continue with rampant takedown attempts in the second frame but found himself in jeopardy after "The Baddy" landed a lousy knee and took his opponent's back. A bare rear choke was locked, and the touch came shortly after.

Pimblett earned his third victory inside the Octagon Round 2.

Krylov Dispatches Alexander Gustafsson's mixed martial arts career could have ended against Nikita Krilov.

Krilov (18-9) found instant success when he unraveled Gustafsson (17-8) with an early right hand that dropped the Swede. Krylov gave "The Mauler" no chance to recover as he kept pressing with punches and knees.
