Joe Burrow was sacked 70 times
After Joe Burrow was sacked 70 times during the course of the previous season, the Bengals spent the offseason trying to upgrade their offensive line, but the results thus far have not been promising.
The Bengals are 0-2 as they prepare to play the Jets this weekend, and Burrow has been sacked 13 times in the first two games of the season. The offensive line, according to center Ted Karras, has not done enough to keep Burrow at ease in the pocket, according to Bengals head coach Zac Taylor. Burrow's playing style undoubtedly contributes to some of the sacks, but so does the blocking.
Our main objective going forward is to assist our person to have faith in us and gain his trust, according to Karras, as quoted by Ben Baby of ESPN.com. It seems like something we haven't done yet, in my opinion.
La'el Collins
La'el Collins, a right tackle, expressed his confidence that the line's four new starters "will get on the same page and just start doing what we do." Karras is one of those four. For the Bengals' chances of returning to the postseason, the sooner the better.
