The Jets' secondary now has some additional depth
Will Parks, a safety, was added by New York from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.
Parks made nine total tackles for the Jets last season while playing in three games with two starts.
In 2016, the Broncos selected Parks in the sixth round of the draught. Since then, he has played for Denver, Miami, Philadelphia, and New York, starting 20 of his 76 games.
Additionally, the Jets have released receiver/kick returner Diontae Spencer from the practice squad while adding cornerback Jimmy Moreland and punter/kicker Ty Long.
