Roosters tough man Victor Radley will play for England in this year's Rugby League World Cup, turning his back on the green, gold, and sky blue jersey.

The 24-year-old met with manager Shaun Wane as RFL officials confirmed that Radley had pledged allegiance to England.
Radley is not eligible to represent Australia and New South Wales, as players cannot switch between top-tier nations (Australia, England, New Zealand).

The Roosters onward qualifies for England through his father, Nigel, who hails from Sheffield.
"It's something I've always wanted to do," Radley told reporters on Saturday, according to AAP.
